Picture: A simple Imagery of you while in your human state.
Written Appearance: This is a basic written appearance. Describe clothing, body structure, etc.

Hybrid Picture: This is a simple Imagery of your character in their Hybrid state (Part Weapon Part Human form)
Hybrid Written Appearance: This is the written part describing your Hybrid state n words. Be sure to relate the weapon form in here. (Example: Soul changed his right arm to mimic the blade part of his scythe form.)

Weapon Picture: Imagery of your weapon form
Weapon Written Appearance: Written description of your weapon appearance. This can be anything from a scythe, gun, sword etc.

Basic Technique: A basic technique which you can preform without soul resonance. Examples of this is Kid being able to compress his soul wavelength and fire it at will through his guns, Tsubaki who can change her weapon from from a blade, shuriken etc. This can also be a simple combat maneuver.
